--- ### Booking Policy * Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. * Appointments may be rescheduled with at least **24 hours' notice**. * Cancellations made less than **24 hours** before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. * Someone 18 years or older must be present for the first service unless other arrangements have been made. * Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the aquarium and surrounding area. * Prices may vary if the aquarium condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking. * Emergency services and same-day appointments are subject to availability. * Fish health and survival cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control. --- Then have a much more detailed **Service Agreement & Release of Liability** that every new client signs. A signed agreement helps set expectations and documents that the customer understands the risks involved.
