Cancellation Policy
Horizon Fish Room – Booking & Service Policy Scheduling & Appointments: All appointments are scheduled in advance. We recommend booking bi-weekly or monthly maintenance for best results. A 15–30 minute buffer is included for travel and preparation between appointments. Payments: Payment is due at the time of service unless you are on a monthly plan. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee. Deep Clean / One-Time Services: Deep cleans are “starting at” pricing and may increase based on tank condition. Severe neglect, hazardous conditions, or emergency visits may incur additional charges. Tank & Livestock Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining proper equipment and electrical setup. While we take every precaution, Horizon Fish Room is not responsible for pre-existing issues or fish loss. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
